 Hi people,
Image result for drama gifThis weeks post is about the production!! AHHHHHHHHH! I love the production sooo much! OK on to the post!

Being the drama holic I am, I'm going (of course) for he main roll!
This character is called the candy king and he is  the main villain.

Image result for acting gifSome qualities I have that would be good for the candy king are, I'm pretty good at acting which is important considering I am going for the main roll. I am pretty good acting out villains because I have had experience. I can also memorise lines really quickly which is important because, again, I am going for a main roll.

Cross Country

Hi guys,
Image result for running cross country funny
This week I'm writing about the cross country☹ (dun, dun, DUN)!

I am REALLY not looking forward to running because at the moment I'm sick with a bad cold so can't breath through my nose. So when I'm running I might die. Also when I have a cold my asthma flares up.

Some things I can do to make the most of the experience are..... Try my best and not collapse.

My goal is to not throw up and die. Oh yeah another goal is to run 65% of the way.

Image result for cross country funny picsI don't get the point of cross country. Up to year six it's fine but when it gets to year 7&8 people should be able to choose if they want to run or not. Plus every year heaps of kids get asthma attacks! And WHY do we have cross country in winter! It is freezing cold for everyone waiting and running alike!

Today's fun fact is (Drum roll please......)
100 is the oldest age for someone to ever run a marathon!

After school stuff

Hi people,
Today I'm talking about what I do after school.
The activities I do are girl guides, DRAMA and netball.

Image result for dramaGirl guides is basically scouts except for the fact it is for girls only. We do heaps of fun activities like baking, going on trips, low ropes, learning how to put up tents and at the end of the term sometimes laser force.

Drama is really fun. We do lots of improvisations (plays which we come up in only a few minutes). We play heaps of acting games. We also learn about how to express ourselves, how to stand on stage properly and of course how to act!

Image result for awesome netball picturesNetball is pretty obvious. I like playing defense and I hate shooting. We have practice on Wednesday and play our games on Saturday mornings. I really enjoy playing our actual games and I like my team.

Well that's all for today,

Today's fun fact is (drum roll please)
22,500 people over 16 play netball once a week!

Water Waste

Hey guys,
Image result for water pics coolThis week I will be talking about how much water I use and what I can do to cut back on my water use.

Some of the things I use water for are drinking, showering and doing the dishes. I drink around six glasses of water a day, I shower everyday/second day and I sometimes do the dishes. I also do the bathroom at my mum's house witch uses water.

A few of the things I need to cut back on are how much water I use for doing the dishes, having short showers and not pouring water out from my drink bottle when I get back from school.

My Holidays!

Image result for tamarin cuteHi guys,
I'm back with another post. This weeks post is about my holidays.  I didn't do much, so I'm going to write about my visit to the zoo.

We saw every animal in the zoo, my favorite animal was the cotton top tamarin monkeys. They were in an enclosure were they kept on coming right next to the glass. They also swung on branches and looked cute in general.

Image result for giraffeI also loved the giraffes. One of the reasons was because they were so tall and elegant it was hard not to respect them. The were also not afraid of us, so they came close to the people and did stuff, unlike lots of the animals.

Today's fun fact is (drum roll please...)
There are 260 known species of monkeys!

Commonwealth games

Image result for NETBALL GIF
Hi people,
Today I'm doing my post on the Commonwealth games! We have to chose one of the events and write about it. So I have chosen to write about the netball game between New Zealand and Uganda.

One value they showed was perseverance because at the start of the game the other team was winning the silver ferns kept on trying and didn't give and in the end they ended up winning 64-51!

Image result for NETBALL GIFThe also showed creativity. They use creative techniques to get the ball, intercepting and passing in usual ways making them unpredictable. That was also a important thing to do to win the game.

Camp!!!

Image result for camping gifs
Hello people😆,
I'm back from camp! And that's what I'm going to be talking about today. On wards to the Q&A!
What did you find the most challenging?
The thing I found most challenging was probably caving. Because we had to crawl through holes, KNEE DEEP in water and to make it worse I had to keep my cast dry!

What did you find the easiest?
Can I say sitting around playing game of life? Apart from that it was probably riding on the flying fox.
Was it what you expected?
Yes and no at the same time. I expected the abseiling to be different, I did not think it would be outside and in nature. I didn't expect that caving would have involved so much squeezing through tiny gaps. But the flying fox and bridge jumping was what I thought it would be like. (I did not expect to walk through a swamp).
What was your proudest moment?
Probably when we went caving. In the end we had to find our way out by ourselves. The only instructions we got were that we had to  stay in the water and follow the stream upwards. AND to make it we only had one torch AND had to keep my cast dry!
Describe your favorite moment!
My favorite moment was also caving because we all worked together as a team. And it was really cool seeing heaps of glow worms, wetas and spiders.

Today's fun fact is (drum roll please...)
Eleven MILLION people go on a summer camp every year.
